Something you bought not quite right? No problem.

Hello Saturday has a 30 day return policy for change of mind returns from the date of dispatch.

How to make a return? Click the ‘contact’ link at the top of the website. Title your message with ‘return’ and your order number. Make sure to add the reason for return in the message. You should receive a response within 48 hours. 

PLEASE NOTE ~

RETURN GUIDELINES  

  • Returns must be unused/unworn and in original packaging
  • Change of mind returns after a 30 day period from dispatch will not be accepted
  • Return postage costs are not covered by Hello Saturday.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted on personalised decor and accessories including the alphabet soup range.
  • Returns must be inspected and meet the return guidelines before a refund or exchange will be given (less the cost of original postage), if a return does not meet the return guidelines no exchange or refund will be given. Any further shipping costs are not covered by Hello Saturday.

 

FAULTY RETURN GUIDELINES 

First of all let me just say I am so sorry! Each item is inspected and hand packed to ensure all items being sent out are to a high standard but let’s be real, I’m a tired mum of 3 boys so mistakes can happen. If you have a faulty item click the ‘contact’ link at the top of the website, title your message with ‘Faulty return’ and your order number. Make sure to add details of the fault in your message including any images that might apply. 

  • Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time frame. Faulty returns will not be accepted after 65 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Return postage costs are not covered by Happy Boys Co.
  • Faulty returns will not be given on wears that haven’t been washed/cared for as per the care guidelines on each product description.
  • Returns must be inspected and meet the return guidelines before a refund or exchange will be given (less the cost of postage if upgraded to express), if a return does not meet the return guidelines no exchange or refund will be given. Any further shipping costs are not covered by Happy Boys Co.

 
REFUNDS FOR LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

No refunds will be issued for items within the 2 week turn around time. If your item is NOT a pre order and takes longer then the outlined 2 week turn around time to be created and packed you are eligible for a refund if you choose. 

No refunds will be given on delayed items out of Happy Boys Co control, eg, Australia post.

No refunds will be given on lost or stolen packages.
