Hi, I’m Tash. 👋
The face behind Hello Saturday, professional overthinker, serial room rearranger, and mum to three wonderfully chaotic boys.
If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know Hello Saturday started because I wanted kid’s decor that felt fun enough for little people but beautiful enough that parents actually wanted it in their homes. Somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that.
Behind every wall banner, print and mood board is our family.
My eldest two boys, Asher and Blake, both attend a specialist Autism school, and every order helps us cover their school fees. It’s one of the biggest reasons this little business means so much to me.
These days we’re also deep in the neurodiversity parenting world. Asher is autistic, Blake is autistic with ADHD, and our youngest, Beau, was recently diagnosed with autism, ADHD and PDA. Life is loud, unpredictable, full of appointments, therapy sessions, endless snacks and finding creative ways to convince someone that putting on shoes isn’t, in fact, the worst thing that’s ever happened to them.
So if you ever wonder why I’m passionate about creating calm, fun spaces for kids, it’s because I genuinely live this life every single day.
I know how much our homes matter. I know the comfort of a favourite corner, the joy of seeing your child light up over a room that feels like them, and how nice it is when a space feels a little less overwhelming for everyone.
When I’m not packing orders or designing new collections, you’ll usually find me creating kid’s room mood boards nobody asked for, hunting down discount codes for my Instagram community, surviving on iced coffee, or checking my calendar for the fifth time because I’m convinced I’ve missed an appointment.
Whether you’ve ordered before, been following along for years, or you’re just having a look around, thank you for supporting our little family business. Your support means more than you’ll probably ever know. Every order helps us keep creating beautiful spaces for kids while supporting our boys, and I’ll never stop being grateful that you’ve chosen to be part of our story.
